LinkedIn: Salary is not the most important factor influencing job satisfaction

In the last 2 years, 55% of respondents to a survey have not changed LinkedIn never work, 23% had changed employer once, 13% twice, three times and 4% 2% 4 times. Most are afraid of risk and change, due to the crisis, obviously, but with the advent of professional opportunities, overcome their fear and some people leave the job in the last five years and become more willing to change something in their professional life. Of the over 5700 participants in the questionnaire, 17% said they had changed work because they were redundant, 15% went to a new job for a higher salary, 13% did not feel recognized as professional while only 9% wanted a change in their career.
